Been trying to figure this out. SM-S901U (Verizon, Locked)

I've been out of the game for years and really don't want to mess this up

So my goal is to network unlock this phone, would flashing a new firmware do the trick?

Currently running on S901USQU1AVA7, If so what firmware would be the safest to flash it with?

Any help would be really appreciated.
